How do I purchase tickets for the circus?You can purchase tickets online through our website. Alternatively, you can buy tickets at the circus box office on the day of the show, subject to availability.

Can I buy tickets in person?Yes, you can buy tickets from our on site Box Office on the day. However we recommend buying ahead of time online.

Are seats numbered or reserved?No we operate General Admission. Every seat in the house is a good seat and is un-allocated. Make sure to arrive early to choose your favourite seat.

Do you operate a lost and found?Yes. If you've left an item on our site please contact Boxoffice@revelpucks.com through our contact form. Please note we cannot keep lost property past the day after our last performance in an area.

What payment methods are accepted for ticket purchases?We accept major credit cards, debit cards for online bookings online. Cash and card payments are accepted at the Box Office.

Is there an age restriction for attending the circus?There is no specific age restriction for attending the circus. However, children under the age of 2 may be admitted for free if they will be seated on an adult's lap throughout the performance.

Do I need to print my tickets or can I show them on my phone?No need to print, just present your tickets on your mobile device at the entrance. Make sure the barcode is visible for scanning.

Who qualifies for a Concession ticketWe operate on a self-elected concessions model, and we believe everyone should have access to the work we make. Concessions include, but are not limited to: - Students - Unwaged persons - People who have disabilities - State welfare or pension beneficiaries

What's the age limit for a children's ticket?Children's tickets are for any one between the age of 2 - 16 years old

How do I change my ticket from one show to another?In your email confirmation, you will find an orange box that says 'show order'. Follow this link and you should find a 'change tickets' option.

Does my baby need a ticket?No! We have a babes in arms policy, little one's under 2 years old do not need a ticket.

Is there parking available at the circus venue?Each of our venues have different amenities: please check the Your Visit page and select the venue you will be attending for information about parking available at that specific location.

Can I park my pram or pushchair anywhere?Yes, we have parking for pushchairs and prams just on the inside of the Big Top, please ask a Puck for guidance on where to park it.

Are food and beverages available for purchase at the circus?Yes, we offer a variety of snacks, refreshments, and souvenirs for purchase at concession stands located within the circus premises.

Is there any where for me to store my bike?You can lock your bike to the circus fence line, please ask the onsite team for guidance for the best place to lock your bike. Please ensure it is securely locked and note that the Revel Puck Circus cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to bikes left unattended.

Can my carer come? How to book a ticket for a CarerWe offer a complimentary carer ticket for those who need assistance. Please book their ticket along with your own, in advance.
